Every week on Friday I'm posting a great fat Burning workout on our Facebook fan page.
I call it 'Your Weekend Warrior Workout'. These workouts do not require any equipment and can be done at home or in your local park.
Here is last weeks workout: CARDIO & CORE LADDER workout
10 - 1 ladder (i.e., 10 reps of everything, 9 reps of everything, and so on down to 1 rep of every exercise) of each of the following:
# Push Ups
# Walk Lunge, 30 meters down and run back
# Burpee (with push-up)
# Sprint 30 meters, jog backwards back
