What does personal Training involve?
At In Shape Outdoors we match the Personal Training sessions to your specific fitness and health goals.
Most sessions will include:

Resistance training - we use dumbbells, resistance bands and medicine balls
Cardiovascular Training - Essential for fat burning and weight loss, our sessions include some boxing drills
Core stability – strength - Floor exercises for a better posture and stronger abs
Stretching – to improve flexibility and to decrease lactic build up in muscles

Costs:
The costs for a 1 hour Personal Training session are $92. You can also train with a friend for $15 extra and share the costs.

Our trainers are very versatile and adaptable and can provide services at any location such as your local park or in the privacy of your own home.
