Welcome to Springfield Lakes' number 1 Outdoor Fitness Program.

At In Shape Outdoors our experienced Personal Trainers will guide you through fun, dynamic and challenging Group Sessions to help you reach your fitness goals.
Our sessions are always action packed and never boring! We cater for all ages and fitness levels and guarantee you'll have a great time training with us.
All sessions have a very social character and are therefore a great way to meet new friends.

The sessions include Boxing 4 Fitness, Circuit Training, Endurance, Intervals and Cross Training.
Participants are encouraged to train at their own pace and therefore the sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.
